My long time friend and colleague Colin and I have decided to create a website showcasing our more diverse/experimental works and endeavors.
Launching soon

xperim ID
So for the past few months I’ve been dicking around with various logotypes and typography experiments, and now that some of that experience has solidified, I found myself going bezier-crazy. This logo is the result of about 8 hours of solid pentoolery. Expect more typographic explorations from me soon as well as an overhaul of this blog theme (I know, I know, so soon you say :D)

“Evil Deep Forest Demon. Don’t go into the woods on your own.
If you are a woman, and a naked man advances towards you with his feet pointing backwards, you have no chance. It’s him. If you are a man it will be a naked woman likewise. You will be danced or tickled to death. And then eaten.”

“In Finnish folklore, Ajatar (also spelled Aiatar, Ajattaro or Ajattara) is a spirit known as “Devil of the Woods”. It is an evil female spirit that manifests as a snake or dragon. Ajatar is said to be the mother of the devil. She spreads disease and pestilence, any that look at her become ill, and she suckles serpents. Ajatar is related to the Lithuanian Aitvaras and the Estonian Äi, Äijo or Äijattar. She is in some ways similar to Babylonian Tiamat, dragon mother of the gods and goddesses.”

“Vammatar is the Finnish goddess of pain, disease, and/or suffering (other versions have her as more actively negative, the goddess of evil and misfortune).”

Some shirts I designed @ mypetskeleton along with the website for Insect.

So I was watching a music video by capsule on youtube one day a few months back and there was a related video with a wonderful looking little toy. Not only did this toy look cool but it sounded AMAZING. Tons of analogue blips and boops all controlled by a little magic wand.
I bought one, and it’s damn awesome.

Figured I would let a leg of the cat out of the bag and show a little teaser of what is coming out of my camp in the next little while. I’ve been fascinated with hexagons and other very simple shapes as of late, So I did what I like to do and combined them with a lot of steampunk! Fuckkkkk yeah!
Coming Soon

Felt like doing something a bit different. 2 others might be coming.
